This is a simple draft for project work with Lumine AI Labs. It is not a subscription policy, and it does not invent monthly fees.

Before work starts

If we have not confirmed the project and have not started the work, you can cancel the request. There is nothing to refund because no project payment has been applied to work yet.

After work starts

If work has already started and you need to cancel, tell us as soon as you can. We will look at what has already been delivered and agree a fair outcome — which may be a partial refund, a credit toward other work, or no refund if the agreed work is already done.

Email sales@lumineailabs.co or WhatsApp +966 50 275 7683 with the name used on the quote. We handle refund and cancellation requests in writing so both sides have a record.
